Violation of Terms

Termination of the account can be done due to these underlying factors:
● Misuse of integrated tools like Google Meet or Zoom.
● Violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.
● Indulging in an activity that causes harm to our system.
● Your actions might lead to a security risk or pose a threat to third-party services.
We hold the right to look into any suspected violations. This could mean looking at account activity, messages, and usage patterns to make sure they follow these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
We hold the permission to use all of the content, software, and materials that we provide through our Services.
You are NOT allowed to:

Free Trial
Knot can change the subscription model at any time without prior notice. Any change to the subscription fee will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.

Limitation of Liability

Any kind of unlawful activity done by using our platform makes you liable, and no blame shall be bestowed upon us. Moreover, we are not liable to pay for any damage, data loss, or punitive damage.
Warranty Disclaimer
The services provided by Knot are as it is, and no such claim of warranty is being made. Neither the company or people associated with the organization can make such a claim. The services and documentation provided since the subscription to Knot will be reliable and error-free. Contests and Promotion In case any promotion or contest is being held by the organization, it will hold different terms and conditions. While participating in any future content, please ensure to go through the terms & conditions of that particular event.
Force Majeure
If Knot is unable to perform, in whole or in part, because of an event or series of events caused by or resulting from weather conditions or other natural events, acts of God, acts of war, acts of terrorism, insurrection, riots, civil disorders, or rebellion, quarantines or embargoes, labor strikes, error or disruption to major computer hardware or networks or software failures, or any other reason that is beyond Knot reasonable control, it will not be held responsible.
